1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all wholesale customers placing orders via www.supremecbdwholesale.uk. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a registered trade customer and agree to the terms outlined below. This B2B service is intended exclusively for resale or business use. All customers must ensure their account is approved before placing orders.
2. UK Shipping Information
Courier Services: DPD Local for standard shipments.
Shipping Costs (UK Mainland):
• Orders over £250 (excluding VAT): £7.58 (up to 10kg), then £0.34 per additional kg
• Orders over £1000 (excluding VAT): Free UK Delivery
Order Processing Time:
• All wholesale orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please allow up to 7 full working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch. This includes order verification, stock allocation, quality control, and packaging.
• Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Dispatch & Delivery:
• Once your order has been processed (within 7 working days), it will be dispatched via the selected shipping method.
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Times (from date of dispatch):
• UK Mainland: 1–2 working days
• Remote or offshore areas (e.g., Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands): 2–3 working days
Please note: These delivery timeframes are in addition to the processing time.
3. Ireland Shipping
Shipping Costs:
• Northern Ireland: Orders over £250 (excluding VAT): £21.05 (up to 10kg), then £1.45 per additional kg
VAT & Customs:
• EU customers must provide a valid VAT number during checkout to exclude VAT and handle their own import charges.
• If no VAT number is provided, VAT may be applied or charged on delivery depending on the destination country’s regulations.
• Customs processing times vary and may impact delivery.
Processing Time for EU Orders:
• All EU orders follow the same 7-working-day processing schedule as UK orders.
4. Customs, Duties & Compliance
All B2B customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws regarding CBD products.
• Supreme CBD LTD will not be held responsible for customs issues, import restrictions, or delays due to regulatory checks.
• It is your obligation to ensure CBD is legal to import and resell in your region.
5. Delivery Delays
We aim to process all orders within 7 working days. Delivery time estimates provided refer to shipping time after dispatch, not total order turnaround. Delays may occur due to:
• Seasonal volume
• Customs checks
• Courier network disruptions
We recommend ordering in advance and allowing additional time during peak periods.
6. Damaged or Missing Goods
All goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery:
• Email customersupport@supremecbd.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
• Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.
• Damaged goods may be replaced or refunded at our discretion, based on evidence provided.
Please ensure you have the appropriate receiving facilities (e.g., loading bay, forklift) for pallet deliveries.
